We, Happy Docs Pvt. Ltd. at Zeerobills, do not charge any upfront money from the users for booking appointments/service/product. Users pay only when they reach the facility to avail the service/product.
Users can cancel bookings anytime prior to availing service. No refunds / cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills for which services received. In case of no show, your booking will be auto cancelled.
Once the invoice for the service/products is generated, the user has a choice to either pay online through our payment gateway or via counter payment at the facility itself. Once payment is made for service availed, the user is not entitled to receive any refund (Except for some special conditions, solely on the discretion of the health care facility and/or Zeerobills). Payments done for a product are refundable depending on the store's policy and can be settled directly by the facility.
In case of online payment, if the amount is deducted from your source and does not reflect on Zeerobills, the amount will be refunded to the source. Typically refunds are processed in 5-7 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any banking delays.
You will be provided with a refund reference number for further communication with your bank.
Occasionally, due to some unavoidable circumstances, OPDs or appointments are cancelled or postponed by the Doctor/health care facility/Zeerobills. Should this occur, you may book a fresh new appointment through the Zeerobills app as per your convenience. If a booking bill is generated and paid but service/product cannot be offered by the facility, the user will be given a full refund.
If any suspicious booking is detected, Zeerobills has the right to cancel such bookings.
